Mandy is a storyteller passionate about covering migration, diaspora communities, and the political and post-conflict dynamics of the region. She has reported from Morocco on Christian migrants and covered the Iranian diaspora in New York City.

She holds an undergraduate degree in Ethnicity, Race, and Migration and a master’s in Global Journalism and Near Eastern Studies. Her work explores the intersection of gender, culture, and politics in the Middle East.
